Our experiences have been thoughtfully designed around the average time it takes to create and print each hand-drawn fashion sketch, drawing on Mary’s extensive experience in fashion sketching and her work at previous events. The final number of completed sketches depends on the experience you choose and the number of sketching hours included, as well as guest participation, the flow and schedule of the event, sketch complexity, and on-site printing time. Because every sketch is drawn individually by hand and every celebration is different, an exact number cannot be guaranteed. We’ll be happy to recommend the experience that best fits your guest count and plans.

We serve weddings throughout California, from San Diego to San Francisco, and destination celebrations across the United States. Travel fees may apply.

The venue provides approximately 3 × 3 ft of space, one table, two chairs, and access to a standard outlet within 20–30 ft of the station. If outlet access or station placement makes this impractical, we use our own silent portable power station. It is not a generator and produces no fumes or noise.

Based on our experience, cocktail hour is the ideal time to begin. The assistant photographs guests while Mary starts drawing, so guests can return to the celebration and collect their finished sketches from the artist’s table at any time afterward. Whenever possible, the station should be visible and easy for guests to find during cocktail hour, while remaining away from speakers and other loud sources.

If the two areas are only a short distance apart, moving the station is usually unnecessary. The most important thing is that guests can easily reach us to collect finished sketches or have new reference photos taken. A visible, accessible location away from loud music is best, as it can be difficult for the artist to draw inside a noisy reception room.

Yes. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) and Additional Insured documentation are available upon request.

You can submit an inquiry through our website or message Mary directly with the same details requested in the form. Once availability and the right experience are confirmed, we’ll email you a service agreement with all event details. Your date is reserved after the agreement is signed and a 50% deposit is received. The remaining balance may be paid during the event.

Yes. Credit card payments are accepted. A processing fee of approximately 3%–3.5% applies.

Yes. After the event, the client may request digital copies of the guest sketches completed during the celebration. Simply let us know after the event if you would like to receive them.
